Margo was teaching local people to take pictures of the world famous Mayan ruins in the area. These were made available for sale to tourists to help raise money for the library project.

Margo produced a manual and judged the best photos taken on the course. At the end of the course there was an exhibition at the Central Park of the town, during which the pictures from the course were available for sale. Money collected was used to by new books about photography for the library.
